Just when you thought the last thing we need is another vacuum bottle – along comes the Bindle Bottle. Unlike the classic vacuum bottle design, Bindle features an integrated secure storage compartment to stash your gear. The team at Bindle wanted to develop a smarter system to keep you hydrated and organized.
The Bindle Bottle holds up to 24 fluid ounces of your favorite beverage and provides a secure storage compartment on the underside. The compartment measures 8.1 cm across by 8.4 cm deep, allowing for safe and dry storage of your everyday essentials. Think of it as the perfect place to tuck your keys, snacks, headset, charger cables, or even your credit cards and cash. Just be careful how you pack everything in the compartment. The last thing you need is your keys smashing against anything valuable or easily destroyed.
According to Bindle, their bottle was designed to be ultra durable. The bottle is made from 18/8 food-grade stainless and is 100% BPA free. In order to hold and maintain the temperature of your drink, Bindle features a dual-wall vacuum-sealed air pocket. Just like the other major vacuum style bottles on the market, cold drinks stay cold and hot drinks stay hot. The storage compartment underneath is both waterproof and scent-proof for added piece of mind.
Pricing on the Bindle Bottle is set at $39 and it will be available in five colors: black, sage gray, stainless, glacier, and coral. I use the word “set” with regards to pricing because the Bindle Bottle is currently on Kickstarter. While I tend to avoid covering Kickstarter campaigns like the plague (maybe that should be another article topic …), this one did catch my attention because it colored just outside the lines of the highly saturated, highly competitive bottle market.
As of today, the Kickstarter campaign for the Bindle Bottle is just $211 shy of their $25,000 goal. There are 18 days left to go so the odds are pretty high that they’ll successfully hit their goal.
