Grammy Award-winning artist Zac Brown just donated a one-of-a-kind custom Ram 2500 Commando to charity. The truck, which will be auctioned off at Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas 2016 on Saturday, October 15th, is the culmination of Brown’s ideas and designs. It incorporates his unique Southern Ground products and was brought to life by his very own Zac Brown Customs.
The custom Ram 2500 Commando, Lot #3004, will hit the block at approximately 6:30pm on Saturday. 100% of the hammer price will go to Camp Southern Ground. Located in Fayetteville, GA, Camp Southern Ground, ” … is nestled on 400 acres designed to provide children a world-class, state-of-the-art campus with groundbreaking programs in a beautiful natural setting, and offer personal experiences to recognize and magnify their unique gifts, enhance their perspective of self and others, and empower them to overcome limitations and spread love and understanding to impact the world to which they return.”
Here is the lot description from the Barrett-Jackson website:
This bespoke beast positions itself at the crossroads of tactical, technological, fashionable and functional. A masculine interior crawls wild through the cab, which includes Mississippi Hornback alligator skin on each of the seats, center console and custom door panels. Labradorite stone inlays are found posted high on the shoulders of these interior thrones with Brazilian bovine hair-on-hide floor mats and sun visor liners. From the outside, this truck is a stone cold stunner, the satin clear coat/matte black finish is topped off with a Kryptec-camo rear paint job.
