Ural Motorcycles, something one would argue is the best thing to come out of Siberia since 1941, has just released their limited edition Sahara Gear-Up. The Sahara Gear-Up is a modern 2WD sidecar motorcycle that’s ready to tackle rocky, sandy, and snowy terrain wherever your adventures may take you.

Right from the factory, the Ural Sahara Gear-Up is ready to tackle whatever adventure you want to undertake.

The 2016 Sahara Gear-Up is Ural’s newest generation of sidecar motorcycles and comes fully kitted out from the factory. Riders get 2WD on demand along with a host of other features that include: luggage rack, spare tire, sidecar accessories panel for charging devices, utility shovel, and a sidecar spotlight.

Powering the Ural is a 749cc OHV air-cooled 2 cylinder, 4 stroke motor. It has four forward and one reverse gear along with the 2WD engage-able sidecar wheel drive for off-road and treacherous conditions. With an MSRP starting at $17,999, Urals are becoming more and more popular amongst weekend warriors and those in urban environments who love riding a motorcycle, but need a little something more.The 2.3 cu ft trunk space and racks for loading up gear and groceries make the Sahara great for running errands and shopping in town. Parking is a breeze with its compact size and reverse gear for maneuvering into and out of tight spots.

This includes: LED headlight, LED sidecar fog lights, Givi windshield, sidecar light guards, sidecar nose rack, fender rack, hand guards, rear sidecar bumper, light rock guards, and an enduro style bench seat.
